Delete your account in the app
- Open Split ASAP
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account is deactivated immediately. Personal information is deleted within 30 days, and backup copies are removed within 90 days.
Email fallback
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@splitasap.com with:
- The email address linked to your Split ASAP account
- Your request to delete the account
- Any additional details that help us verify ownership
We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
What happens after deletion
- Your account is deactivated immediately
- Personal information is deleted within 30 days
- Backup copies removed within 90 days
- Shared group expenses remain visible but become anonymous
